Hi everybody,
We are a group of home owners that are looking for more owners to join us. We feel that there are many issues that are never resolved by the board / management and in fact a lot of letters of complaint have gone unanswered.
If we start our own group, getting suggestions from people, listing problems as well as unsolved problems and communicate it back to the board members, maybe we will stand a better change in getting things done and sorted out. This we also feel will make the yearly AGM more of a pleasure (instead of a circus).
