I really like you sense of humour Echo from Eco.
In the past a person can only stand to be elected as a board member if his/her levies are paid up to date. Maybe we should make a new rule - only if his/her levies is up to date and if he/she is not paying any penalties for doing something wrong.
I mean he is the chairman of the Architectural Committee - what a example for us all!! I have talk to him about this and he is non chalant about it, like it is normal.
