I have not post before but here I go.
Late yesterday afternoon a guy gave me a proxy form to sign over by vote to a Liz Waite, should I not be attending the AGM next week.
I do not know much about this lady other than she is a member of our current unpopular board.
I will not be in town for the AGM, but I certainly won't sign over my voting right to anybody that I don't know well.
This applies to board members especially and I would only do this with very good friends or neighbours.
One could be giving their vote to an Al Capone type character.
